Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of SAP services, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.
• Track and report on service delivery performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may impact service delivery, working closely with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Manage the budget for service delivery, ensuring that all services are delivered cost-effectively.

Requirement:

• Must have more than 10 years of relevant experience in any SAP modules with 4 years as a Service Delivery Manager
• Strong background in any modules, e.g. FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
• Has experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation

As member of the High Net Worth (HNW) Underwriting team, you will provide dedicated and prioritized customer service to our HNW segment’s key stakeholders and our HNW clients by ensuring delivery of key service objectives through efficient and effective management of the New Business application.

• Work closely with the HNW Underwriters and other business units to ensure that applications are processed accurately and that all service level agreements are met
• Perform consistent engagement with the relevant stakeholders through the end to end New Business journey for positive and seamless customer journey
• Follow through on all aspects of the journey through documented follow-up cycle.
• Provide updates to advisers and intermediaries of their client’s application status
• Communicate with medical service providers to ensure that the reports are delivered promptly
• Ad-hoc process improvement projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to Head of Investments, Asia & Middle East based in Singapore, you are expected to contribute to defining and executing a credible pipeline based on the newly established APMT growth strategy.

• Project management
  Identify, screen, evaluate and develop projects.
  Lead large projects (and provide support/co-leads others) from concept to conclusion. Establish positions on all key aspects (e.g., scope, valuation, shareholding, governance).

• Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading project from ideation through to completion
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Conduct investigation, submission of investigation reports and preparing the relevant documents i.e. advisories, warnings, Notices Of offer of Composition and prosecution papers.

• The Authority will refer a stipulated number of cases for the IOs to investigate monthly.
