About Research Department:

The Research Department supports the agency’s programmes and services, through evaluations, implementation research, feasibility studies, needs assessment, ground sensing, and primary and secondary research. Responsibilities

• Provide general support on all operational matters.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the current filing system and new services and pilot projects
