Are You The One
This role requires you to work closely with the Commercial team to plan and identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies, to achieve the company’s annual sales goals and targets.
Responsibilities
- To plan and identify business opportunities and to implement sales strategies and and GTM plans.
- Generate leads through personal network and contacts, networking events and conduct research to expand the pipeline through new and any existing connections.
- Prepare and conduct sales pitch, sales presentations, deal negotiations and closures.
- Lead business relationship between the company and potential partners (e.g. Financial services institutions, Fintech and corporates, etc).
- Responsible for growing volumes and revenues through effective pitch, marketing, research and product definitions.
- Provide feedback and inputs to internal teams to modify or develop new guidelines, SOPs, pricing, processes and product enhancements to cater to evolving market needs.
- Analyse competitors’ activities and provide any relevant recommendations to enhance our product suite of offerings.
- Manage incoming projects and coordinate with the team on project requirements.
- Regularly and constantly ensuring that our CRM (Hubspot) is updated with all opportunities, and maintain clients’ records in the CRM tool.
- Develop sound business plans and Profit & Loss forecasts to meet the Company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of sales/ business development in the Payment/Fintech industry.
- Proven B2B sales track record in acquiring new clients and possess wide business network of financial services/lending and corporate clients.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of payments, networks and/or the prepaid/payments product.
- Good track record of achieving sales goals/targets.
- Effective in the matrix structure and able to use informal networks within to achieve results.
- Strong in communication, self-driven and ability to work in an agile environment.
