Responsibilities:

As an Analyst within the APAC Subsidiary Banking Business Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of both strategic and tactical initiatives to support the business. You will be a key player in supporting business leaders, focusing on various aspects of business governance, communication, strategy, and overall reporting maintenance. You will also provide timely and accurate reporting across multiple key performance dimensions. Job responsibilities

1. Assist with key business management functions including project management, analysis of sales/management reporting and ad-hoc requests. Support production and delivery for required material for Sales cadences

2. Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed

3. Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc) and play active role in Identify areas for continued process improvement - dashboarding efforts and utilizing automation tools such as Alteryx to improve efficiency

4. Conduct "deep dive" analysis on key issues impacting client to determine root cause and propose solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related discipline

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, business management or strategy roles in the financial services industry

3. Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfortable with changing priorities

4. Ability to comprehend complex concepts and issues quickly with a curious mindset to dig for the answers, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

5. Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and macros with some experience in navigating multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present updates, requests, ideas and other communications in a professional, clear and concise manner

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

1. Working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Qlik

2. Investment/Commercial banking or management consulting experience

3. Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with individuals across different regions, levels and functions

4. CFA and/or CPA qualification is a plus

Reporting to the F&B Manager, the Management Trainee will embark on an exciting journey to be part of the F&B team, to be trained to become the future leaders in the F&B industry. The trainee will be joining an entry level position with increasing duties and responsibilities to junior management.

The trainee will be having opportunities to be rotated to every in-house food/drinks brands and job functions within the Company throughout the period of the programme (e.g. 18-24 months). They will work alongside with managers and supervisors within the selected F&B outlets throughout the period of the posting for continued growth and career advancement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations of food/drinks stalls.
• Assisting the manager to ensure smooth operations and financial aspect of the stall/mini-restaurant.
• Gaining good knowledge of the food/drinks stalls operation by exposure to respective position within the stall.
• Supervising store operations, cash control, and shift management.
• Co-leading the team to create the mini restaurant/stall experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
• Preparing documents and updating records.
• Keeping regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness.
• Communicating daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management.
• Travelling to different outlets and participating in daily operations as required.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Certificate in F&B or any related discipline
