Job Description & Requirements
• HR functions in areas of performance management, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, learning & development, establishing and implementing polices, records and reporting.
• Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides and internal people management policies.
• Employment of foreign talents management
• Responsible for compliance with labour laws, tripartite guidelines, and practices.
• Handle Employee Grievances process, and recommendations.
Required Competencies / Skills:
• Able to work part-time 16 or 24 hours per week
• Keen interest in local labour regulations, human resource management, development, working with foreign talents.
• Diploma with minimum 5 years working experiences in SME
• Well versed in MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in multi-tasking and dynamic work environment
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Hourly rate of $20 to $30
