• Liaise with HQ departments to develop operational strategies and plans, including systems support, in line with the strategic vision for Silver Generation Office
• Establish strong working relationships with Satellite Offices (SOs) and ensure smooth implementation of operating guidelines that enable SOs to plan, execute and calibrate their operations
• Manage timely data collection and analysis at the Cluster- and SO-level to report and track progress towards strategic goals and milestones, identify areas for improvement and develop forward plans
• Lead the identification and analysis of metrics needed to trend emerging needs of seniors, including the demands and preferences for active ageing programmes and care and support trends, to improve the existing operational model
• Synthesize insights from data and work closely with SOs to drive the translation of recommendations into business actions
• Lead the identification of competency gaps within the Cluster and work closely with Training team to address training needs
• Support project management of cluster projects, including the monitoring of progress, resource utilization, schedule, risks and issues, and coordinate and organise meetings as required
• Prepare written correspondences and presentations to brief and update management and provide administrative and resourcing support as required

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent in any field, from a recognised University
• Minimally 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar capacity
• Able to grasp organizational strategies and plans and understand the objectives and impact to operations planning and execution
• Able to formulate guidelines and report templates for the implementation and monitoring of operational tasks by taking reference from HQ directives and planning norms
• Knowledge of how to create and apply various algorithms from database to analyse trends, sense make and identify gaps and areas that need improvement

You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of Silver Generation Office's (SGO) volunteer management strategy as well as the entire life cycle management of Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and other volunteers.

• Keep up to date on the latest trends, identify gaps and opportunities as well as adopt best practices.
• Develop strategy and front the design and implementation of volunteer programme including implementing strategies across the volunteer management lifecycle (Recruitment, Recognition, Rejuvenation, Retention and Exit).
• Develop and implement volunteer engagement and recognition strategies, including long service awards and the like, as well as work with the Satellite Offices and Social Service Agencies to build the right volunteer service culture and an overall positive volunteer experience.
• Establish partnership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders so as to expand the pool and diversity of volunteers.
• Drive initiatives to increase partnerships and channels for recruitment, etc.
• Lead branding and publicity for the volunteer programme to improve public awareness and credibility of SGO's work with the aim of boosting potential recruitment possibilities.
• Grow expertise in volunteerism and strategise to position AIC as a thought leadership in volunteerism in the eldercare sector.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in social sciences, healthcare or marketing/comms
• At least 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory role
• Proven track record of leadership in volunteer management and experience in partnership management, collaboration and relationship building
• Ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationship within the organisations and with external stakeholders
• Demonstrate expertise in project management and process improvement
• Strong critical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills, and the ability to adjust to multiple priorities
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• To lead and support the Marcomm Department.
• Handle marketing and corporate communication matters.
• Assist in fundraising and volunteer recruitment initiatives
• Take charge of public relations and media relations.
• Manage all social media channels for the organization.
• Develop and excute marcomms strategies in line with organisation objective.
• Champion the growth and stewardship of organisation marketing plan.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Diploma in Communication / Advertising / Marcom
• Minimum 1 years and above in similar job function.
• Knowledgeable in social media. Experienced in communications, PR, advertising , branding, event management
• Preferable to have basic business acumen & simple data mining skills.
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization .
• Good people skills. Team player and able to demonstrate leadership skills
