Service Crew / Management Trainee shall
-Assist in light cooking, serve & pack food
-Assist in cash register, customer service

Candidate’s Requirement
- Comfortable working in restaurant environment
- Preferred to have Basic Food & Hygiene Certification. Candidate that does not have the certification will be sent for course.

Working Period
- 5 to 6 working days / 1 to 2 days off
- Shift schedule between 11am to 930pm

Payment
- up to $2800 per month ( Full Time )
- OT 1.5x after 44 working hours/ week
- Weekly Payment (Every following Friday/ Sunday) – Part Time

Job Responsibilites:

• Oversee and manage export and local orders and fulfilments
• Handle distributors account for order fufilments
• Handle customer complaints
• Ensure warehouse picklist base on FIFO/FEFO with accurate quantity released
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods
• Responsible for building facilities operations, pest control etc
• Oversee all operations of food production plant
• Responsible for setting KPIs for production plant.

Overview of Job Scope (Non Exhaustive)

Manage the company's network, service equipment, daily desktop operations, and IT operation management.

Provide onsite service support, including installation and maintenance of client computer desktops, hard ware, and network equipment.

Debug and troubleshoot the video conference system.

Install, debug, configure, and maintain desktop equipment including desktops, notebooks, pr inters, video conference systems, and telephones.

Communicate with users to ensure the normal operation of systems.

Manage network and computer room operations, including configuring switches and firewalls

Manage the company's IT assets.

Perform other IT tasks as assigned by the department manager and ensure excellent reporting

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields.

• Familiarity with basic network technology, TCP/IP protocol, skilled configuration of network e quipment such as Fortigate and Cisco, and experience in computer room operation and mainte nance management preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, experience with common conference room systems and equipment such as Polycom, Cisco, Teams, and AD domain deployment and debugging preferr
• Strong language and communication skills, proactive and adaptable in work, strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, ability to handle pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility and service.
• Over 10 years of relevant IT desktop support experience, with a preference for system researc h and development and logical thinking in system research and IT service experience.
• Ability to independently handle common computer hardware and software failures.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips and demonstrate a serious and responsible work attitude

Overview of Job Scope (Non Exhaustive)

• Orders fulfillment

• Record, initiate and enter the orders (orders, acceptance, releasing, and special instructions) into the logistics system to ensure existing information are updated for further processing

• Liaise with external customers including hauliers for necessary arrangements and respond to their enquiries & requirements

• Assist Operations Manager to manage depot performance continually, executing job orders given by respective customers

• Assist Operations Manager to develop associates by providing training and coaching of junior staff so an up to date understanding of processes, policies and procedures are maintained

• Assist Operations Manager in all matters relating to the operations efficiency and safe utilisation of depot facilities and equipment to achieve optimum container throughput

• Assist Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including workplace safety, fostering a positive & dynamic team

• Maintain documentation of processes that are followed by the department

• Perform additional tasks as required to meet the department’s needs.
