Job Description

We are seeking a Management Executive with Digital Skills is responsible for overseeing and implementing digital strategies to enhance the organization's overall operations. This role involves managing digital platforms, optimizing online presence, and utilizing digital tools for business growth.

Role Overview

The management executives assist the Management in specialised support and/or operations management functions required to keep our company operationally ready.

This role is suitable for you if you take pride in challenges and problem solving and allows you to gain experience in an array of tasks hence, allowing you to accumulate transferrable skills for development and progression.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform Operations:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online platform.

· Ensure the platform's functionality, responsiveness, and user-friendly design.

2. Strategy Development:

· Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for online platform growth.

· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Content Management:

· Coordinate the creation and distribution of digital content.

· Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

4. Digital Marketing:

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

· Identify digital opportunities and trends to enhance organizational effectiveness.

5. Online Presence Management:

· Oversee the organization's digital presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.

· Ensure brand consistency and optimize content for online visibility.

6. E-commerce Management:

· Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

· Implement strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications & Experience

· Experience in working in start-ups and fast paced environments.

· Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Strong financial acumen and budget management skills

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to adapt and learn new roles.

Work location: Ang Mo Kio (5 days work week)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales documents, loan applications documents & insurance documents with accuracy
• Check bank transactions & update instalment payments
• Send reminders to hires for outstanding payments
• Liaise with banks, hirers, workshops & other relevant parties
• Maintain proper filing system & ensure documents are in good order
• Data entry of information into the system
• Provide administrative & coordination support to the department
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least "O" Level certification
• Fluent in English & preferably in Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidate should be keen to learn, meticulous, self-motivated & comfortable working with numbers

· Nitec/Higher Nitec in building servicing or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years relevant building maintenance experience.

· Provide M&E building services in an office building (CBD area).

· Attend to daily maintenance, breakdowns, servicing & repairs in tenant’s office and common property.

· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

· Able to work independently.
