Your Role

You shall combine administrative proficiency with business insight, becoming an invaluable partner in driving efficiency, productivity, and success for the EVP and the organization.

Business Support

• To have a strong grasp of the company's industry, competitive positioning, and business objectives so to stay informed on key market trends, enabling to prepare the EVP with relevant insights and information before meetings or discussions.

Executive Support

• Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Ensure all travel documents are prepared and updated as needed.

Meeting Coordination and Confidentiality

• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Ensure that all required materials for meetings are well-prepared and delivered in a timely manner.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a business consulting or corporate environment, preferably supporting senior management or C-suite executives.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom or Teams is a plus.

Your next opportunity

The Corporate Secretarial Executive will work closely with the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
• Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, bizfiling, updating statutory registers, liaising with clients, etc.
