Role Summary:
You will support the Assistant Manager (Fundraising Governance) in implementing best practices for managing fundraising campaigns and associated activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations governing fundraising, reviewing fundraising materials, managing gift agreements, preparing reports, budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, you will establish and maintain internal guidelines, manage protocols on fundraising per statutory and best practice standards, and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices for fundraising activities
• Review fundraising materials, including collaterals, gift agreements, and appeal letters
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Establish internal guidelines and manage fundraising protocols
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to harmonize fundraising and risk policies, ensuring compliance with corporate and charity governance

• Preparation of reports.
• Maintain in-house computers
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Experience as an IT Systems Administrator
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
