Requirements:

• ACTA certification
• Diploma/Degree from a recognised insitution
• Well-grounded in the theory and practice of Learning & Development, such as classroom facilitation, instructional design, evaluation and assessment
• At least 2 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, and Content Development is ideal
• Experience in Workforce Planning preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings to meet the organizational recruitment demands and needs.
