As a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), you will assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in supervising the construction of civil and structural works. You will ensure that all activities comply with project specifications and Building Control regulations, supporting the efficient execution of construction tasks.

This is for an initial 12 months contract but can be renewable subject to project needs.

• Assist the RE in providing supervision for construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Quality control of all civil, structural and architectural works.

Is this role right for you?

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience

Reporting Lines:

Postion Overview

The Charity Officer will work closely with the senior leadership at ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR), supporting the day-to-day management of all internal operations and programs. The role involves coordinating with volunteers, managing external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of IRR events and activities. The role also includes handling backend processes, operational matters, and supporting fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities

As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Real Estate development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

2. Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner

3. Complete the financial statement and annual audit work

4. Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts, cost control

Requirements:

1. Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy; CFA, ACCA, CPA and other qualifications are preferred

3. Familiar with Singapore's financial policies, corporate financial regulations, and procedures, and proficient in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations
