Incident Management

IT Security Management

• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in Treasury Management System according to treasury and accounting guidelines
• Prepare pooling/funds transfer and foreign exchange conversion requests and monitor transaction status
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly intercompany settlement process
• Prepare accurate routine and ad hoc cash position reports timely
• Analyze bank fees, ensure timely payment of bank fees and identifying fee reduction opportunities
• Prepare loan agreements and promissory notes for all long-term loans
• Support the periodic process audits for the Department
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures that support company policies and objectives
• Assist with implementation of new banking structure and other projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with major in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Professional accounting or treasury certification would be advantageous
• Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Able to write and speak English proficiently; preferably bilingual to converse with China-based counterparts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge in Office 365 Power Tools will be advantageous

Job Description:

• Report to Construction Manager/Project Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submissions
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submissions
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in UAT for projects within the department
• Manage tenancy agreements for expatriates which includes new applications and renewal
• Process claims on Travel Expense, Entertainment & Gift expense and other miscellaneous claims
• Checking of invoices and inputting of expense payment into systems
• Daily verification and EOD reconciliation between systems
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Process incoming swift messages and constructing of outgoing swift messages
• Updating of EMS database
• Reconciliation and monitoring of cash card balance, petrol card transactions and overtime for company drivers
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• ‘A’ levels / Diploma holders
• Possesses basic accounting knowledge, and has experience in Accounts payable.
• Well verse in Microsoft Office applications

• Issue reminder letters to delinquent accounts- Recommend appropriate actions for delinquent accounts
• Attend to customers’ enquiries pertaining to billing and collection

• Prepare credit note and debit note

• Assist the Head of Department in statistical reports
