• Develop training programs for technical staff on new technologies, systems, and troubleshooting methods related to electric buses.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to junior engineers and technical personnel.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor performance data from electric buses, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, performance reviews, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash collection from service staffs
• Update service collection into CSM & ERP
• Print daily service collection report for Service Manager or Senior Technical Supervisor signatory
• Submit daily cash & collection report to Finance Department
• Update spare part used in daily jobs into CSM
• Update job status into CSM
• Scan daily job sheet and upload to server
• Reply email enquiries
• Submit quotation to school for any service request
• Help spare part team to count stock during annual stock take.

• Perform measurement and calibration using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Generate and issue final reports
• Liaise with client on technical issues when necessary
• Maintain draft report format/template
• Maintain good housekeeping at workstations/areas
• Assist in the development and extension of new calibration scope
• Increase calibration productivity and efficiency by adopting improved system and methods
• Constantly strive to deliver outstanding services

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree education in mechanical engineering or related engineering field
• 1~3-year experience in CMM measurement and equipment calibration.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Maintenance Admin Officer (Heavy Vehicles) for a third-party logistics company in Singapore. The incumbent will be responsible for the administrative duties related to the maintenance of heavy vehicles in the logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

· Provide administrative support workshop operations. i.e. recording of workshop inventory and sourcing for quotations on parts/ tools required.

· Perform renewal of company vehicle road tax and COE

· Monitor VPC quota and expiry date. Liaise with various parties including LTA for the renewal of VPC and perform the relevant preparation

· Oversee the administration of accident claims, liaising with the relevant parties in providing necessary documentation in the event of an accident

· Liaise with business units to retrieve the vehicle utilization data for each month for analysis purposes.

· Monitor rental lease period for vehicle & equipment, Request for leasing quotation and renew the lease when necessary.

· Prepare and submit various monthly reports on vehicle purchase, disposal and usage

· Assist in follow-up with business units on purchases to collate and compile the documents related to vendor evaluation

· Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules

· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent certification in Logistics, Administration, or related field

· At least 2 years of admin experience in an in-house workshop or third-party logistics

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

· Knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations and safety standards is a plus

· Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
