• Generate/Submit the relevant monthly reports to key management stakeholders
• Examine/Verify invoices from the various vendors and stakeholders, and complete the invoicing process while acquiring shipping quotations
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Min 1 year of relevant logistics working experience
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

Working hours:

3 rotating shifts (8.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 8.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.30pm)

Job Scope:

• Help customers with questions and purchases across different channels.
• Manage customer feedback by phone, email, social media, and chat, solving issues quickly.
• Make reports about feedback to spot trends and improve service.
• Work with other teams and delivery partners to meet customer needs.
• Do other extra tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level or 'O' Level.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of systems like Zendesk or SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Excel for data management.
