Our client is a local organization that provides care and support for the elderly and regularly engages in community services. They aspire to ensure quality and high standard services focusing on the importance of quality eldercare.
With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Eldercare and Community Outreach Assistant to assist with their daily operations.

· Support the Center Supervisor and Executive in the daily execution of
activities or tasks at the Elderly Activity Centers.
· Engage elderly residents in the community and encourage them to
participate in activities which the Elderly Activity Centers organize.
· Execute social activities and outings for the community at the
designated Elderly Activity Centers.
· Co-plan and support integrated home-based or offsite
programs/activities extended from the center and fulfill 4 domains
recommended by MOH/AIC.
· Collaborate with volunteers for programs and activities.
· Source for suitable venues for the conduct of activities and programs.
· Deliver a high level of customer service and engagement with seniors
and community partners.
· Attend to phone calls to center hotline and walk-ins enquiries.
· Support targeted outreach and contact seniors within center’s service
cluster annually collect and complete data.
· Attend to any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

- Minimum qualification : O Levels.
- Min. 1 year working experience in the related field.
Additional details
- Work Locations: Braddel Heights, Serangoon, Shunfu, Yew Tee, Kreta Ayer, Eunos, Changi and Simei.
- 5.5 Workday, Monday to Saturday.
- Work timing between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Uniform provided.
