• Conduct IRMS referral management for befriending and buddying services by screening all incoming referrals, directing these to the relevant executives, monitor the referral outcomes , and ensuring good record tracking.

• Support DD(Pre-Ops) in the project management of new sites for Senior Care Centres (SCC) and Active Ageing Centres (AAC).
