This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Trade Compliance Screening Analyst to join Cisco's Legal team within the Trade Legal and Compliance (TLC) team. TLC oversees global trade regulations and compliance. We seek a curious, creative teammate who will:

• Conduct due diligence and lead sanctions and export controls screening for Asia Pacific (APAC) based transactions, including denied party, location, and end-use/end-user screening for various sales, service, and other transactions.

You will collaborate with Cisco business, product, and sales teams to enable and ensure trade compliance throughout our supply chains. You will work cross-functionally with various sales and service teams and directly with customers. Who You Are

The successful candidate will have:

• Deep understanding of U.S. sanctions regulations (geographic and list-based), EU and UK sanctions regulations, the BIS Entity List, and other applicable denied party regimes and associated risks and prohibited activities.
