• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in overseeing building projects more than 100 million contract value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability
• Administer all site works, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied.
