Senior Executive, Property (Mall)

Our esteemed client seeking a bright and dynamic individual to join their Property Management team.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the property, including common areas, equipment, and etc.
• Review and provide recommendations on tenant fit-out works.
• Manage incident and complaint reports involving tenants or the public.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and standards set by relevant authorities.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for the building and mechanical and electrical systems.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, spatial planning, and technical coordination for new projects or existing mall upgrades.
• Evaluate contract specifications for services such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, and suggest improvements for enhancing standards.
• Prepare cost estimates for repair work, handle quotations, recommend contract awards, and supervise the completion of the works.
• Develop the annual maintenance and expenditure budget.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in residence building development or commercial building in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.
