Duties:

• Lead and supervise electrical technicians and contractors in system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Develop and conduct on-the-job training programs for E&I team members.
• Perform site inspections and quality control for electrical work.
• Review and approve electrical isolation, excavation, and related permits.
• Investigate electrical maintenance issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Requirements:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a construction site, ensuring that installation work and other site activities are carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
