Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Software testing (Web/Mobile application).
• Strong proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking clients.
• Prior experience in both white box and black box testing will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Prior experience in creating clear and concise test plans and test cases.
• Prior experience in FinTech industry/projects (Blockchain/Capital Markets/Financial Payment) will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Implement routine Quality Management (QM) work including new staff QM training, annual QM training, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) validation, and mock recall according to Group standards
• Routinely report to the Group concerning the current (Regional) Business Unit (BU/RBU) Integrated Management System (IMS) status via IMS management review report and two-way meetings
• Conduct Risk Assessment (RA) and action plans on processes for compliance with local workplace health and safety government regulations

Key duties include ensuring aircraft weights are within safety parameters, maintaining balance within the center of gravity, completing Loadsheet and Weight & Balance documentation per IATA regulations, handling pre-load calculations and distribution, issuing loading instructions, and presenting loadsheets to pilots before departures.
