Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve category sales, gross profit, income goals and objectives of assigned categories through monitoring trends within the market segments; developing strategies to grow the market share of assigned categories; and to plan strategies to counter competition.
• Develop and implement a good inventory management process so that there is an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs and the process achieves shrinkage reduction objective.
• Develop and implement promotional plans that bring excitement and incremental sales to the stores.
• Develop and implement placement and planogram strategies that improve category turnover and positively influence customer shopping behavior.
• Oversees the implementation of category strategies as well as the development of the private label or house brand products.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and is well-informed of consumer, market and industry trends.
• Works in a dynamic environment were expected to regularly review market and industry trends to drive appeal of merchandise mix to target customers.
• Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy that delivers value to our customers.
• Establish collaborative retailer / supplier relationships to maximize income/ terms / discounts to improve sales and profitability of category.
• To develop Monthly Category Analysis Report of the assigned categories.
• Manage and evaluate promotion effectiveness to achieve maximum profitability for the categories.

About You

• Candidate with more experience will be consider for Senior role
• Diploma holder/university degree in business or marketing or related discipline
• Min. 4 – 6 years stretching experience in similar position preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
• Passionate in Commercial and good knowledge of Markets.

1.In charge of wet trade ,tiling/marble/granite management works for all projects of company .

2.Carry out daily work arrangement ,site supervision ,related safety and quality assurance for tiling/marble/granite works on site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Carry out daily work arrangement, ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.

• In charge of setting out for related tiling works,

• Can draw simple setting out drawing.

• Work closely with the other subcon on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.

• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.

• Handle all site material calculation,and make sure no waste

• Understanding marble polishing works

• Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.

Requirements

• At least high school level or certificate above .

• Minimum 3 years experience in tiling works.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Quality, Safety, and Health professionals to ensure timely delivery for projects
• Evaluate the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations
• Collaborate with project staff to develop and implement WSH strategies
• Foster a safety-focused culture and oversee the company’s ISO compliance
• Provide guidance on EHS legal requirements and ensure compliance with WSH Act and Construction Regulations
• Conduct incident investigations, audits, and safety training sessions, including toolbox talks and inductions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Environmental Health and Safety
• Safety/WSH Officer certification (WSHO) is required
• Ability to lead and guide WSHO personnel
• Strong Minimum organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of government safety, health, and environmental regulations
