Join as an Insurance Operations Executive. In this role, you will assist the Insurance Operations Manager in managing both motor and general insurance administration tasks. You will liaise with insurance companies, manage quotations, and handle insurance sales for both new and existing customers. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative duties related to motor and general insurance.

Electrical

Fire Sprinkler System

• Monitor and assist with the installation of fire protection system projects
• Evaluate fire protection system components and materials
• Develop fire safety plans, procedures and protocols.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Knowledge of Electrical & Fire Sprinkler System principles, codes and Singapore standards
3. Ability to work independently and as a team-player
4. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

• Ensure new products conform to all regulatory and product safety requirements
• Work with R&D in determine test plans for new products
• Work with 3rd party test house on the conduct of product conformance tests - Product Safety, EMC, Mechanical, Vibration, Climatic tests, etc
• Review and validate test reports from internal and external tests conducted
• Coordinate for Product Safety Factory Audit by external party
• Update and maintain of Product Safety Procedure
• Coordinate with Product Safety Body on any update for new/alternate source component listed in safety procedures
• Update and sharing of Safety regulation and information and Safety Application cost
• Sharing of Safety critical components list , labels and others as deems important
• Sharing of finding from routine Product Safety audit and follow-up

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least a 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing industry
