Roles and Responsiblities

· Direct work for Drainage and Tunnel top & bottom slab construction – Rebar & Formwork.

· Assist in the overseeing and monitoring the daily construction and site coordination of construction activities for rebar & formwork.

· Check shopdrawings for the preparation of structure works.

· Prepare rebar BBS Schedule.

· Arrange works to workers

· Control and minimize material wastages.

· Inspection with RE / RTO.

· Ensure safe working conditions for workers.

Requirement

- Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

- At least 10 years of experience as a Rebar & Formwork Foreman.

- Relevant qualification / Skilled Craftsman For Reinforced Concrete Works (SCRC)

- Good in working out rebar quantity based on construction drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the overall construction project management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project quality standards.
• Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve construction processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 – 6 years of experience in project management, preferably from the construction/ civil engineering industry.
