• Lead & supervise cleaner to ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Arrange and store kitchen supplies, equipment, and food items in an organized and accessible manner.
• Restock clean items in designated areas for easy access during service.
• Collect and dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables responsibly.
• Ensure proper segregation and disposal methods are followed.
