Design & Construction Operations Senior Coordinator - APAC
Role Purpose
As part of the Global Design & Construction Operations team, the Global D&C Operations Senior Coordinator will support Operations Global and Regional Initiatives and activities, including taking ownership of delivering key BAU activities, and global/regional focused initiatives (Operational Goals, Global Initiatives, tasks). Manages performance of direct reports and supports relationship with key Stakeholders.
This Global D&C Operations Senior Coordinator will focus on ensuring the integration of Global Goals and BAU Initiatives in regions. Driving digital transformation by overseeing digital initiatives, managing business intelligence (BI) processes, and coordinating data-driven decision-making processes. Supporting regional POCs on the creation of charts, reports or templates with technology tools for Process Management, Capital Controllership or Performance functions ensuring the consistency of them across functions.

What this job involves/ Responsibilities
Global D&C Operations Senior Coordinator will deploy and coordinate the following functions:
- Work closely with DART team to develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Drive analysis, definition and implementation of operational improvement processes, tools and templates for Global initiatives. Coordinate BI processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support Global initiatives from initiation to successful implementation, in order to improve the project delivery teams, by improving delivery times, site quality and data reliability, demonstrating Customer Obsession and Insist on the Highest Standards.
- Contribute by providing data analysis, continuous improvement recommendations, and project management support to new and existing global initiatives that drive positive change and increase efficiency in the delivery of a worldwide portfolio.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication channels to ensure seamless information sharing and coordination among team members worldwide, ensuring the transfer of best practices, industry knowledge, and skills within the global team.
- Act as a change agent, assisting in driving adoption and acceptance of new tools, solutions, and initiatives. Communicate the benefits, provide training, address concerns, and monitor the progress of change initiatives.
- Ensure that all initiatives/activities documentation is complete and accurate according to company’s requirements and procedures (SOP´s) during the different implementation phases.
- Support on regional workshops: Ensure client. Understand in scope of services as per global contract and service delivery model. Help client understand the implementation methodology: what are we implementing, when and how (phases and deliverables).
- Coordinate with Regional Teams to implement Global tools and Solutions.
- Develop, maintain and improve reporting tools to justify status (Compliance Report) for SLAs, KPIs, Global Initiatives or other supporting Project teams in the application and compliance.
- Support on the SOPs implementation, potential changes or improvements in the application.
- Liaison with JLL’s other client account teams to gather best practice and cost benchmark data.
Global D&C Operations Senior Coordinator Technological functions:
- Core data processing & oversight– responding to requests and queries relating to new and existing data;
- Global and multi-regional data reporting and analytics; maintain / improve / automate exiting reports;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and master data governance;
- Undertake analysis of outputs and prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc at regional and global level;
- Gather and analyze global benchmarking data to help strategic decisions based on costs and benefits;
- Development, programming, documentation, maintenance and improvement of the tools, dashboards, spreadsheets and Clarizen used by the Design and Construction team globally.
- Ensure that data received is harvested and incorporated into systems, in order to drive the mechanics behind the systems for Earned Value and world class cost reporting;
- Develop historic trend analysis, tools and processes for accurate cashflow forecasting;
- Collation and tracking of both YTD program and project-specific KPI performance data;

Experience
- Educated to degree level in Architecture, Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer discipline such as Bachelors of Science in Information Technology and/or Real Estate. Master in Data Science, Big Data and Business Analytics is a plus;
- Minimum of 3 years´ experience of working for a consultant or general contractor, preferably in multi-cultural corporate environment in a similar role;
- Experience working in a complex multidisciplinary team of stakeholders across region;
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Adaptive Work, Tableau, Power BI or Smartsheet.
- Desirable – Program Management Organization and International Fit out experience;
Skills
- Strong analytical, communication (both written and verbal), facilitation and presentation skills; understanding of business intelligence concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point;
- Good planning and organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and handle a high-pressure working environment;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Able to work with a team and independently, have experience in working with remote teams and stakeholders;
- Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with project teams – in-house and external;
- Candidate must demonstrate personal impact and gravitas, with high velocity & speed of response and a proactive;
