Job Description

The Executive, Clinic Operations, is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and management of the polyclinic. He/ She handles general administrative matters in the polyclinic including the management of registry and records, computerised systems, finance and accounts, staff, public relations, facilities, security, materials, and business continuity management and ensures that they are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
