Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoices, reconciliations, bank and balance sheet
• Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
• Manage petty cash and expenses claims and reimbursements
• Timely GST and AR filing and handling tax matters
• Full spectrum of HR and Payroll administration (including CPF & tax submission) using SAP software or its equivalent
• Familiar with CPF Board, IRAS and MOM for employment matters
