Position Summary:

The Regional Manager will specifically focus on growing, developing new markets, expanding channels and increasing product through promotion activities in the assigned geographic territories. • Maintains a focused business perspective by monitoring and staying current on regulatory, technological, economic, competitor, channel and application trends as these relate to the assigned territory to ensure that new business opportunities are captured and existing business is maintained.
• Continually monitor distributor performance. Communicates clear expectations to the distributors and coaches them on ways to increase sales effectiveness. Monitors progress and communicates performance deficiencies and action steps to correct said deficiencies in a clear and timely fashion.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of sales experience of fluid handling equipment, AODD pump background is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of managerial role, including distributor or channel partners management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business or related majors.
