Job Description

The selected personnel would be expected to play an integral part in managing, monitoring, and overseeing minor renovation works. In addition, this role would require the applicant to:

· Identify the maintenance works required at the facilities

· Supervise Term Contractors on term contract works

· Assist in sourcing of qualified vendor

Job Overview

The Finance Manager / Accountant is responsible for managing the financial health of the company by overseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
