Job Description

• Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
• To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
• Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.
• Arrangement for some landscaping job such as grass cutting and outdoor cleaning

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, which involve generating quotations, processing invoices and payments, verifying company credit card statements, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Manage the timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of the financial statements of the Company.
• Work with the company secretary on filing with ACRA.
• Conducting periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Quarterly GST submission.
• Daily cashbook update.
• Verify sales commissions and incentives.
• Work with Malaysia's accounts assistant to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
• Fully in charge of general administrative functions, including office administration, IT equipment, and answering company calls.
• In charge of business trip arrangements.

Requirements:

• A diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
• A strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and administrative processes is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using accounting software (Xero, HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle both financial and administrative tasks efficiently.
• The ability to manage diverse responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address financial and administrative challenges effectively.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
