Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Support frontline operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks, including job card creation, invoicing, and warranty billings.
• Engage with customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and test drives.
• Manage & build positive relationships with both internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with the Parts department and workshop to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Assist in preparing quotations (repair and accident).
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements
