Description

• Manage social media platforms in terms of contents creation & digital advertising strategy
• Execute digital marketing activities for the brands
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and assist in the execution of all business development initiatives / plans in accordance to the Company’s strategies
• Familiarity with the in-house CRM system to segment the leads and/or client database to effectively execute marketing campaigns
• Liaise with agencies and vendors to develop digital marketing materials (e.g. Banners, Blog Posts, Paid ads, etc)

The Campaigns Executive will support campaign initiatives in line with our client’s requirement whilst still maintaining Supermom’s identity. In this role, you will work with a team to help to raise awareness of our clients, their brands, drive sales, help customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that we will strategically deploy through Supermom as a platform.

 You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives:

 Roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them
• Constantly monitor and track performance across multiple campaigns and create the right reporting frameworks for analysis and reporting.
• Manage business as usual aspects for a campaign to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment
• Responsible for timely billing of clients
• Work cross-functionally with various departments within the supermom brand.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
• Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
• Hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing is a big plus
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and Meta Marketing is a plus
• Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
• Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Proficient in written and spoken English

You will report to the Business Development Manager and will assist to answer questions from customer about our company’s products and/or services.
