Key Responsibilities:

• Client and Vendor Management: Conduct regular meetings with clients and contractors, lead discussions, and prepare detailed meeting minutes to document decisions and follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

  Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, with a focus on improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
  
• Qualifications:Minimum Diploma in an IT-related field.

1. Financial Consolidation & Reporting:
   • Lead financial consolidation processes and reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
   • Prepare financial statements and management reports that provide insight into the company’s financial health.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
   • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
   • Perform regular financial forecasting, variance analysis, and re-forecasting as needed.
3. Audit & Compliance:
   • Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial records meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

• CPA or CA certification preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of finance consolidation, audit processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, ERP, and other current market solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

• Salary range: SGD 6,500 – SGD 8,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
