Qualifications:

We design and build human-centred, modern digital services.

We assign a team to each project (an engagement). Every team is cross-functional and dedicated. The team roles include Engagement Directors, Product Owners, Product Designers, Service Designers, Content Strategists, UX Researchers and Engineers. These engagements may last between 3 to 18 months or more.

As a Service Designer, you will be a key member of the team helping to shape digital products and services.

A typical engagement that you will lead might go like this:

• Prepare your team for the assignment
• Build rapport with the client team
• Understand the problem space by undertaking primary or secondary research
• Define the specific yet aspirational problem statement that everyone agrees on
• Explore the solution space and identify possible solutions
• Work with backend systems integrators to build and implement the solution
• Ensure that the client has the clarity, confidence and capability to own the solution

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, customer needs, and the challenges they face in delivering digital services.
• Partner with clients to map out current service experiences and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Design and deliver high-quality service design artefacts, including personas, journey maps, and service blueprints, that guide the development of digital products.
• Utilise Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to design and document complex service processes, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to design data flows and structures that enable seamless service delivery and integration with existing systems.
• Use AI technologies to personalise customer interactions, automate routine tasks, and predict customer needs based on behavioural data.
• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to ensure service designs are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with the client’s digital architecture.
• Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and efficiency of digital service delivery.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure the consistent and effective delivery of digital services across all client projects.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a Masters Degree in Service Design or a related field
• Has 5+ years of experience leading service design and delivery in enterprise settings
• Is passionate about owning team and customer success

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficient Client Support:

• Respond to clients' inquiries via hotline and email, providing accurate information, guidance, and timely resolutions to their concerns.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions, demonstrating a efficient commitment to delivering world-class customer service.

2. Complaint Management and Resolution:

• Thoroughly investigate and follow up on customer complaints, coordinating with relevant internal departments to identify appropriate solutions.
• Proactively escalate issues when necessary, ensuring prompt attention and resolution to critical matters while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

3. Customer Feedback and Advocacy:

• Collect, analyse, and report on customers' opinions, preferences, and pain points, serving as a vital link between clients and the business.
• Promptly escalate urgent issues and suggest improvement opportunities to senior management, contributing to continuous enhancement of our products and services.

4. Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Enhancement:

• Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, such as personalized engagement initiatives, educational resources, or process optimizations.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively offering tailored support and solutions.

5. Ad-hoc Tasks

• Take on additional ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by your manager to support the team and business objectives

Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Technical Experience and Industry Knowledge:

• A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in customer success, client servicing, or technical account management, preferably within the payment services industry, eCommerce marketplaces, or technology sector.
• Demonstrated understanding of payment processing systems, online marketplaces, and related regulatory environments, with the ability to discuss technical aspects and integrations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, technical projects, and deadlines.

• Focus on achieving business targets and delivering measurable results through effective technical customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and track chiller maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance checklists and schedules.
• Test, commission, and fine-tune new chillers independently.
• Oversee on-site project execution, including FAT and SAT, for optimal chiller performance.
• Interpret technical documents, as-built drawings, and schematics.
• Analyze operating data and address repair issues as needed.
• Manage chiller overhauls and supervise subcontractors for quality assurance.
• Prepare detailed service reports for each assignment.
• Address customer service issues promptly and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety during service and repairs.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the Department Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE Certificate with Merit in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with chiller systems.
• Proficient in guiding and troubleshooting HVAC faults, particularly with modular screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, and absorption chillers.
• Willingness to undertake short-term overseas assignments

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Knowledge in cable testing and specification requirements will be required to understand Customer complaints (technical & logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting. Proper handling of customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on enquiries related to cable standards, test reports and handling of customer complaints.

2. Track supplier quality by means of in-coming inspection when required or arise from Customer complaints. Update results in SAP system and release inspected lots according to the usage decision defined. To generate supplier CAR and track for corrective action by liaising with the supplier.

3. Familiar with and comply to international cable testing standards and procedures. Contribute to achieving company & department KPIs through due diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for Quality assurance in all tasks.

4. Liaising with relevant departments to effectively close the Customer complaints

5. Maintain records in SAP

6. Operate Laboratory test equipment when required

7. Assist Customer’s Technical enquiries e.g Product Test Report, RoHS, REACH, CE

8. Supplier claim processes and 8D report.

9. Prepare and issue Customer Test Certificates & COC

10. Assist in other day to day activities related to QA department as assigned by Superior.

Skills & Qualification:

▪ Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent

▪ Min. 2 years’ experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification. Training will be provided.

▪ Knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS standard.

▪ Must be able to operate lab equipment (calliper, visual scope, resistance checker, High voltage tester).

▪ Prior experience in SAP system is required for this role. Knowledge of cable product testing is an added advantage.
