1. Summary of the role

Key Responsibilities

• Adopt a customer-first mindset, chart out the different areas of the customer journey, and develop campaign flows to nudge users from one touchpoint to the next
• Conceptualise content ideas and work closely with creative and Martech teams to actualise them into automated customer journeys and campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Customer Service

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Monitor and manage all incoming orders to ensure they are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Check for last-minute order changes in customer engagement platforms (or equivalent systems) to ensure accuracy. Submit fulfillment orders ensuring all logistics and stock are aligned.

Customer Service Management (Order-Related)
