Responsibililties

• Manage the M&E team for operating and maintaining the M&E system, including setting up SOP and training roadmaps for team, equipping the appropriate tools to ensure smooth operation and fast recovery.
• Motivate staff to get them upgraded to leverage on the new monitoring and control system to be proactive to fault recovery.
• Rationalize on the maintenance routines and requirement to ensure adequacy, determine inventory projections to ensure uptime repairs, implement corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance for the M&E system to ensure the system's reliability and resiliency meet the demanding business requirements.

• Site Incident Controller (SIC) who will provide command & control of the emergency response incident scene and co-ordinate the activities of all emergency responders, providing support to SCDF for mitigation of the emergency situation and he will be assisted by Deputy SIC.

As a Senior Manager, Front-End Materials, Global Supplier Quality Engineering, you will manage a team to define SPEC GAS & SPEC CHEM Supplier Quality Strategy, Execution plans and Excursion Prevention Programs so as to develop Suppliers through Continuous Improvement Programs to ensure consistent supply of Quality procured materials/services to Micron.
