Job description:

• Monitor, maintain and trouble shoot IT platforms, servers, networks and storage, ensuring task schedules and IT systems perform well.
• Ensure IT operations comply with policies and achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, vendors and Head Office (based in Jakarta, Indonesia) on IT projects, updates and requirements.
• Develop and maintain continuity plans, including data backup and recovery.

Criteria:
