Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, typically in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering. Priority will be given to people with mixed relevant education backgrounds.

Have pre-preparation experience in a new company, coordination of team resource in China and Southeast Asia. At least 10 years of team management and leadership experience in finance and accounting or auditing area, with strong leadership and coordination ability.

Have deep human resources and administrative management experience and understand the relevant policies and regulations of China and Singapore.

Have investment relations and customer resources in the area of science and technology, Internet communication especially in China and Southeast Asia.

Good command of Chinese and English both in oral and written, and proficient in business Chinese is preferred.

Familiar with the China software industry and have relevant industry work experience.

Familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS.

Able to travel frequently to China or other Southeast and East Asian countries.

Salary range: 10,000 -13,000 SGD/Month.

In the role of an Accounts Officer (Family Office), you will have a crucial responsibility in supporting the daily affairs of the stakeholder’s family, as well as managing the financial and administrative operations of the family office.

Responsibilities:

• Data management: Organize and manage various data, including the family's financial information and banking records.
• Financial Management: Conduct Full Set of Bookkeeping and accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements, and generate timely financial reports.
• Communication with the stakeholders: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed.
• Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, running errands, and organizing events on behalf of the family.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other relevant parties to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Foreign Exchange and Financial Risk Management: Assist in managing the family office's foreign currency exposure and handling foreign exchange settlements.
• Execution of Other Tasks: Fulfill other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in numerical tasks.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with family members and external partners.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
• Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude and passion to deliver quality customer service.
• Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.
• Possess good command of written and spoken English.
• Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.
