Job Description

- Ensure daily operation happens smoothly on a day to day basis
- Managing and coordinating shipments between freight forwarders and/or our local suppliers
- Scheduling and monitoring daily delivery load
- Organising and maintaining warehouse and inventory accuracy and quality
- Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy (product quality, pick & pack and delivery)
- Actively involved to improve operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Participate in organisational planning and strategy

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Science filed or equivalent
• Previous experience as lab analyst would be advantageous
• 3 years sales experience in chemical-related laboratory testing sales
• Technical knowledge of chemical related laboratory testing
• Able to work independently and multi-task
• Good business acumen and results orientated
• Able to interact with all levels of management
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Acts quickly and decisively
• Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
• Team player and have service-oriented mindset

Job Description

• To provide network access to all staff and ensure connectivity across the company.
• To install and configure hardware (e.g., desktops, printers, peripherals) as needed.
• To install and update required software applications on staff workstations/laptops.
• To assign network accounts and passwords to staff, ensuring appropriate access levels.
• To maintain and monitor the security of all IT systems, including the network, hardware, and software.
• To implement security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption.
• To advise staff of any security breaches, passwords changes, or updates to security status.
• To ensure that all systems are compliant with company security protocols and policies.
• To install and configure IP addresses and maintain network settings.
• To work with outsourced contractor to troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• To identify hardware that is no longer in use and prepare it for disposal.
• To develop, implement, and enforce the IT Security Policy Manual to protect company data and IT infrastructure.
• To manage IT-related contracts, including software licenses, hardware maintenance, and service agreements, ensuring their timely renewal.
• To create procurement requisitions and orders.
