• Packing & Daily Housekeeping Duties
• Inventory Management: Engage in stock-take and tagging of the new product
• Other Ad-hoc Duties as Assigned

E-commerce

• Marketplace & Website Activities Management: Oversee the activities, monitor performance and engage with customers
• E-commerce Sites Content Management: Create content by editing of images, captions and descriptions for e-commerce sites
• Product Listing Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
• Order Processing: Ensure that e-commerce and socials’ orders are fulfilled promptly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
• Simple computer knowledge (Instagram, MS Office and Excel) is required
• Crystals knowledge not necessary but will be beneficial
• Training will be provided
• Part-timers must be able to work a minimum of 3 Saturdays and commit a minimum of 10 shifts per month (min 4-hours shifts) with a minimum of 3 months commitment.
• Full-timers must be able to work on Saturdays

The Job:

• Coordinate and/or disseminate grant calls
• Provide grant processing support for proposal, claims and report submissions
• Liaise with the relevant departments to assist faculty members in putting in place the contracts and agreements with individuals or organisations needed for the conduct of research

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma Holder with 3-5 relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
