Job Purpose

This is a key role that focuses on supporting infrastructure investments in Keppel, managing the end-to-end investment process from underwriting potential investment opportunities, transactions management, deal conclusion with the various stakeholders, as well as, post-deal management. • Responsible for obtaining timely payments from clinics’/hospitals within agreed payment terms and reducing AR outstanding

AP DUTIES:

• Check premium collections and outstanding status
• Prepare and collate supporting documents for payment setup
• Match payments in the accounting system
• Maintain digital copy of the payment documents
• Perform reconciliation of statement of account between company and the insurers
• Investigate, sort, liaise and resolve reconciling items
• Any other ad-hoc matters assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Must have minimum 2 years of related experience in the Healthcare Industry
• Candidates with Audit experience will have an added advantage

Position Duties

Strategic Support

• Directly report to the CTO, providing vital administrative support and assisting in strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project timelines, ensuring timely execution and alignment with Sleek's goals.

Scheduling and Coordination

• Proactively manage the CTO's calendar, prioritizing essential commitments and ensuring optimal time allocation.
• Organize, schedule, and ensure the smooth facilitation of meetings, including agenda preparation and venue coordination.
• Actively attend crucial meetings, ensuring accurate capture of discussions and action points.
• Distribute meeting minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of outcomes and next steps.

Vendor Relations and Negotiation

• Research and source potential vendors, securing competitive quotations for products and services.
• Lead preliminary contract negotiations, ensuring the best value and terms for Sleek while maintaining productive vendor relationships.

General Administration / Financial Oversight

• Respond promptly to the CTO's administrative needs, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
• Manage, organize, and archive relevant documents and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Manage and process the CTO's claims, payments, and subscription services, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Monitor departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and objectives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Basic understanding of tech terminology and trends.
• Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with vendor management and negotiations is beneficial.
• A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eager to learn and absorb new knowledge quickly.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work full-time or part-time as an intern for a predefined period.
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment and collaborating with diverse teams.

• Position: Warehouse Assistant | 5.5 Days - NO SHIFT WORK | ALL WELCOME | Up to $2700
• Location: Gul Circle (5 stops from Joo Koon MRT)
• Working Days: 5.5 Days - Mondays to Fridays AND Saturdays
• Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday (09:30am to 6pm), Thursday to Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturdays (8:30am to 2:45pm)

Responsibilities:

• Recording and storing of stock items after receiving and checked
• Pick out items listed in stock chit and prepare it for packing and delivering
• Coordinate with purchasing and provide feedback on item movement and ordering
• To maintain a record of incoming and outgoing stock items and ensure that it corresponds with the physical stock
• Coordinate with Accounts to conduct periodic stock takes
• Ensure that stores do not get damaged in the process of storing
• Maintain a clean and organized store, with clear labels and demarcations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse roles
• Preferably with Forklift license but not a must
