ArchWizard, an e-commerce start-up located at Pemimpin Industrial Building, 63 Jln Pemimpin, #03-10, Singapore 577219, is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Retail & Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing the company's e-commence platforms, as well as assisting with various admin activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing updates, and promotional details across e-commerce platforms.
• Support administrative tasks such as handling invoicing, tracking shipments, and updating sales records.
• Assist in maintaining the physical retail store's operations, including customer service and merchandising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, product launches, and events.
• Assist with content creation, including writing product descriptions and coordinating product photography.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Interest in e-commerce and retail operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration:

• Hourly wage of $8-10, depending on experience.
• $960 to $1200 per month (based on a part-time schedule of 4 weeks, 4 days per week, and 7.5 hours per day).
• Compensation is on a part-time, hourly basis.

Working Environment:

• Flexible working hours and a comfortable office environment.
