Job Requirements

1. At least 6 years of proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives
2. Able to undertake frequent business trips to Indonesia
3. Responsiveness and efficiency. Strong ability to manage tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly. Positive disposition
4. Strong organization skills. Multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Our client is looking for a talented Communications Assistant to join their dynamic team! If you have a flair for storytelling and a passion for digital media, this is the perfect role for you. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a vital role in showcasing innovative works and achievements through engaging content across various digital platforms.

Resposibilities:

• Ideate, develop and produce videos, visuals and other multimedia content for the School’s various digital and social media channels eg Facebook and Instagram
• Design work for EDMs, social media content
• Upload content onto the School’s social media platforms and websites
• Coordinate photo and video shoots and recces
• Coordinate the editorial and production of publications and other printed collaterals
• Media monitoring, social media listening as required
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in media related field is preferred
• Good writing skills for website and social media text copies, copyediting
• Adept at managing social media platforms and Wordpress
• Able to design simple infographic or electronic mailers, or work with existing design templates
• Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Ability to handle still photography, video filming and carry out film editing is a plus.
