- Assist to prepare the funeral parlour in accordance to the religion and wishes of the bereaved family

- Assist to ensure that reserved parlours are recorded in the booking system

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

- 2-4 years’ experience of relevant experience (funeral parlour/industry is an advantage)

- Industry Knowledge of religious, cultural, customs and burial practices

- Independent self-starter with strong problem solving and organising skills

- Conversant with basic computer software

- Proficient in English / Chinese. Working knowledge of dialects will be advantageous

- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

- Building Management / Managing Agent / Hospitality experience are encouraged to apply

Job Description

• Responsible for Sales activities of liquor products.
• Develop new clients including bars, izakaya, and other restaurants.
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Liaise and manage the sales target of partner distributors.
• Liaise with clients and understand their inquiries and provide solution.
• Respond to inquiries and orders from existing clients.
• Other sales-related jobs including Inventory management, quotation, documents preparation.
• Other ad-hoc duties will be required.

Job Requirement

• Able to communicate in Japanese to facilitate communication with Japanese speaking clients.
• B2B Sales experience in F&B, FMCG industry will be a huge plus.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Able to work flexible working hours (some evenings will be required since some of the restaurants only open during night time)
• Interest in F&B especially alcohol will be a plus.
• Basic MS office skill (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
• Willing to build a long-term career.
