What You'll Do

• You are responsible for partnering with the BU and GTM teams to ensure market success of our incubated Cloud & AppSec products. This is a highly visible technical (pre-sales) position that supports the Product and Engineering Business Units, Sales and Field Engineering organizations, working directly with each of them, our partners, and prospective customers.
• You will conduct technical presentations, set up demonstrations to explain features and benefits to customers. Who You Are:

Your job and responsibilities include support sales personnel for pre-sales activities, proposing solution that suits customer needs & resolve related solution for site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Electrical Power System, Structural cabling, Fire suppression system, UPS, Security Access and CCTV Monitoring System etc.

Prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance with company’s best practices.

You are required to perform a complete in-house testing of Power equipment’s.

Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair and troubleshooting of Electrical System and Power equipment malfunction.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the customer project team, supplier, sub-contractors, and clients.

Coordinate and liaise with PEs and/or site supervisors on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.

Prepare, submit, and follow up with applications to the relevant authorities or building management where required.

Preparation of electrical products data & engineering drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).

What a Graphics Current System Interaction Engineer does in HP:

• Ensure the seamless integration of printhead/ink supplies with the printer to deliver good print quality & supplies reliability consistently for our commercial customers.
• Lead the investigation of quality escalations originating from printer factory or the field, working with a cross-functional team to conduct thorough root cause analysis, implement containment actions and deploy corrective and preventive measures effectively.
