You will be part of a team of seasoned financial professionals. As a Relationship Manager within the Wealth Banking business, you will be responsible for rendering financial advisory to UOB's mass-affluent customers. You are expected to achieve individual sales targets while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and compliance process.

• Provide prudent financial advisory and investment solutions to meet the financial planning needs and requirements of UOB’s clients
• Develop and deepen relationships with clients who have been assigned to you
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts)

Job Requirements:

• A recognised university degree
• At least 1 year of relevant financial advisory experience gained in the banking and/or financial services sectors; experienced candidates would be considered for a more senior position

Our client is a global PE firm backed by a blue chip and international investment firm. The co’s global HQ is in Singapore with another office in Shanghai.

It is now hiring an AD finance role to do a hybrid role covering 1) valuation of investments (approx. 50%) ; 2) fund accounting/operations (approx. 50%) in the finance team. This role will report to the Head of Finance and work in a lean team.

Responsibilities

Valuation review

• Liaise with the external valuers. Read the valuation report and review the assessments of the external valuers’ modelling and challenge the assessments if required.
• Work on the internal valuation processes

Funds Operation/ accounting

• Liaise with the external fund administrators on the required reports.
• Prepare financial reportings and fund reports.
• Work on other middle office work and finance projects as assigned by the Head of Finance

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with professional accounting qualification
• Around 7 to 10 years of total work experience, including min 3 of valuation experience gained with Big 4 audit/valuation firms.

Job Responsibilities:
