Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technology blueprint and roadmap to represent Income’s business and technology strategy, goals, and capabilities required by domain.
• Create and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, design patterns and reference models, keeping in line with industry and technology best practices and regulations.
• Review and guide solutioning for adherence to technology blueprint and roadmap, and for effective implementation of architecture objectives, including but not limited to fit-for-purpose of technology, effective and efficient integration of a solution into Income’s ecosystem, and managing complexity, risk, and costs for delivery and operations.
• Track and follow up for effective closure of design gaps and technical debts.
• Collaborate to contribute and maintain repository of systems’ design artefacts, including but not limited to, application components & services, data, integration, infrastructure, and deployment views.
• Collaborate and contribute to tactical design solutions, troubleshooting, and corrective measures to address systems’ gaps.
• Formulate improvements in systems’ design robustness, resiliency, flexibility, interoperability, and overall futureproofing of the architecture.
• Conduct research, curation, and sharing of relevant technological trends / thought leaderships.
• Create and maintain communication materials for stakeholders, technology forums, and community engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software and integration, solution architecture design, enterprise architecture and governance, and/or technology consulting.
• Strong proficiency and knowledge in architecture development, technology delivery and management, cyber security, and technology risk and compliance.
• Strong proficiency and knowledge in either or combination of the following areas:

1. Customer Centricity, User Journey & Experience Design,
2. Insurance & Investment Product Launch & Management,
3. Data Strategy, Data Management, & Data Protection,
4. DevSecOps, SRE, Technology Risk & Compliance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written, with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong adaptability, with growth mindset and ability to navigate and drive effective engagements and results in complex, uncertain, and ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related study.

What you'll do:

• Accounts payable: Process Vendor payments and employee claims.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Portfolio Managers trading Asian Equities, proactively keeping them updated on the latest financing color, regulations and products relevant to their strategies. In addition, help educate new PMs on Equity Finance and Securities Lending capabilities.
• Work with PMs on a daily basis to deliver best possible results on stock borrow with various Prime Brokers, with focus on hard-to-borrow names.
• Work with the Prime Brokers to build on strong relationships and drive optimal outcomes for the firm in financing, stock borrow and various Delta One products.
• Work very closely with the US and European Portfolio Finance desks to maintain a consistent global approach internally and externally
• Working with Portfolio Finance Global team, Execution, Operations and Technology to help drive firm-wide financing solutions

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• At a minimum, an Investment management certificate or equivalent minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or buy side Investment Management
• Must have prime brokerage knowledge and technical knowledge of Asian markets including China
• Knowledge of stock loan markets in Asia and basic knowledge of corporate actions
• Good understanding of securities lending, equity swaps and associated trading activities. In addition a working knowledge of upcoming regulation changes and dividend taxation would be useful
• Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters, Powerpoint, Python and VBA working knowledge essential

Effectively partake in the activities under client onboarding, KYC/AML, client database management and other administrations tasks for Singapore and Asia Desk- Bahrain as follows:

· Client on-boarding, including customer due diligence, sanctions, KYC/AML and FCC Compliance processes and maintenance/renewals as well as timely off-boarding of clients.

· Contacting and liaising with client regarding on-boarding process, required documents and any other matter on customer due diligence.

· Conducting appropriate searches through the system records, existing document repositories and publicly available information to complete due diligence as per the procedures set up by Group Compliance

· Completion of account opening documentation and any change requests, liaising with Legal, Credit, Operations as appropriate.

· Management of all clients database, to ensure clients information are updated and according to as per the procedures set up by Group Compliance.

· Tracking and monitoring due date of periodic reviews and ensuring the periodic review performed in a timely manner

· Assuming the central point of contact for taking and routing Customer queries with regards of on-boarding processes, updating signatories and all due diligence matters

· Assuming the central point for corporates/FIs conducting KYC on Bank ABC Singapore

Requirement
