JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations

· Responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and accounting aspects of the HQ.

· Ensure the financials are prepared in accordance to the Accounting Standards.

· Responsible for timely monthly/year-end closing.

Treasury Management

· Assist in cashflow management activities, including forecasting, liquidity management, and fund allocation.

Statutory compliance

· Provide support in annual audits, including (but not limited to) managing all overseas auditors and tax agents to ensure audit and tax finalization and submission of Financial Statements within stipulated regulated timeline.

· Assist in overseeing all corporate secretarial matters to ensure completeness and compliance with legal, corporate governance and regulatory requirements, both locally and internationally.

· Assist in quarterly GST/VAT filing and annual ECI/tax filing, both locally and internationally.

Others

· Assist in Human Resource and Administrative matters (such as recruitment/ organising Company’s events etc).

· Any other ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or its other equivalent
• >5 years experience in full-set of Accounting handling more than one company accounts.
• Able to prepare and submit GST.
• Experience in Xero accounting software is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, highly curious, possess a keen eye for details and willing to be hands-on.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deliver services in accordance with pre-defined Service Level Agreements
  
• Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles
  
• Responsible for timely and accurate submission of statutory payments and reporting
  
• Prepare and reconcile payroll summary and variance reports to ensure accuracy of the payroll results as generated in the trial payroll run
  
• Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy between Workday and Payroll record
  
• Provide hypo-tax and compensation details of International assignees to International Mobility team
  
• Responsible to provide accurate calculation of final pay and adhering to all local statutory requirements
  
• Process employees' tax clearance, year end tax reporting, NS make up pay and government paid leave claims
  
• Perform Interco Billing
  
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant Documents (Payroll advice reports and correspondences) pertaining to Payroll related activities
  
• Support UAT testing and endorse Incidents and Change requests
  
• Work closely with Finance Business Partner on Payroll Accounting reconciliations
  
• Assist in internal and external audits related to Payroll processes/activities
  
• Support HR and employees’ pay related enquiries
  
• Liaise with government authorities when required
  
• Recommend continuous improvement to improve SLA to raise employee delight and BU engagement ratings
  
• Participate in ongoing or ad-hoc projects
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software such as Workday and SAP
  
• Preferably from payroll outsourcing background
  
• Experienced in regional payroll is a plus

• Provide administrative support to the brokers.
• Prepare insurance documents for quotations, proposals and cover confirmation.
• Arrange for timely billing and monitoring of payment.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least 2 years of admin experience in an Insurance Industry.
• Possess relevant insurance certificates - BCP/CGI/PGI is a plus.
